A: We are the company which adds a touch of luxury to your housekeeping experience. Providing our services we use only non-toxic, eco-friendly products, that are safe for your family as well as our planet. Even beyond this, we keep an eye on the details: from our friendly and reliable staff, to the “welcome home gifts” left behind after every Green Cleaning service.

We are fairly small business in which our employees are scheduled at the same location, the same time, every week or two weeks or a month. This eliminates scheduling confusion, and enables our employees thoroughly familiarize themselves to your needs. Also, you will always recognize your cleaning crew!

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result,

a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Q: What makes your Green Cleaning service different from any other green cleaning services?

A:You can expect the highest quality and care when our professionals step into your home. Our Green Cleaning is more thorough than that of other cleaning services. We treat your home with the utmost respect. All of our cleaning consultants are trained in enhancing the aesthetic value of your home, as well as its overall cleanliness.

Q. How does 4 Senses ensures 5- star quality service?

A: 4 SENSES cleaning consultants are specially selected based on their ability to pass our rigorous product and service training. They understand that they are part of a quality-oriented company that provides an elite level of service. We also have unique quality control measures in place to help ensure consistency in our standard of service.

Q. What type of training does your staff receive?

A: All cleaning consultants must have considerable cleaning experience prior to employment with our company. We hire employees after a lengthy interview and orientation process. Each cleaning consultant must complete 8 weeks of product and service training with our Quality Control Supervisors. The owner of 4 Senses personally ensures that all cleaning consultants are diligent, courteous, and trustworthy.

Q. Should I tip a cleaning consultant?

While tipping is not required, it is customary for excellent service. Some clients leave cash or a check for their cleaning consultants; others prefer to have our office staff add a gratuity to their appointment payment.

Q: What supplies do I need?

A: 4 Senses cleaning consultants bring all cleaning supplies for Green Cleaning appointments. However, for sanitary reasons, we ask our clients provide some basic cleaning tools of their own. Clients should haave a toilet bowl brush, a broom and dustpan, a step stool, garbage bags and a vacuum cleaner.

Q: What type of products do you use for your Green Cleaning service?

A: We do a lot of product research before making any purchasing decisions. We use only products that are non-toxic and made from naturally derived sources. These include: Mrs. Meyers, Method, Shaklee and Seventh Generation as well as a few tried and true essentials like baking soda and vinegar.

Q: How easy is it to get an appointment for a Green Cleaning?

A: We make every effort to accommodate our clients' busy schedules. Availability for appointments varies depending on the time of year and the amount of advance notice we have to look into our calendar. We tend to get the most appointment requests for Thursdays and Fridays. 

Q: Do I have to be home during the service?

A: Most of our clients are not home during their appointments. Some clients let us in before they leave for work, some have keys or garage code on file at our office. We also have clients who feel more comfortable being home. Whatever your preference, we are happy to make your 4 SENSES experience pleasant and convenient.

Q: Are you pet - friendly?

A: Many of our clients have pets, and we are happy to clean around them. If your pets tend to get anxious around people, it may be a good idea to keep them in an enclosed area during your service. Please inform us of any special requests regarding your pets care and safety at the time of your booking.

Q: What is your payment policy?

A: 4 SENSES-Luxury Home Cleaning Services accepts cash or check.

Q: Do you offer discounts or promotions?

A: We offer a referral discount that entitles you to 10.00 off your next Green Cleaning when you refer a new client that books an appointment with us. If you refer four new clients to us, you will receive a complimentary Green Cleaning free!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We are sensitive to last-minute schedule changes. Due to the high demand for our services, we require 48-hours notice for all cancellations.

Q: How do I give feedback to 4 SENSES?

A: We welcome feedback from all of our clients, as we are always trying to improve our services. Please call or email us to share your experience.
